Training

What is AIS training?

AIS classes are available to those staff members who require access to, or would like to enhance their understanding of the Student Administration System. Some classes are targeted to a specific audience; others are available to all interested. Most classes are offered on two platforms, Macintosh and PC; however, because AIS is browser-based, it functions very similarly on either platform.

Process

1. Apply for an AIS Account, for more information visit go to the Access page of this website.

2. Take the Intro to AIS class. Your AIS password and login information are not required for this class.

Depending on your AIS access needs, you may receive your AIS account password and login information following the Intro to AIS class.

For many people including Advisers secondary AIS training is required. For those attending either the Understanding Academic Advising or Working with Student Records you will receive your AIS account password and login information at this class.
