AIS Project Liaisons What is a Liaison? li-ai-son: one who establishes and maintains mutual communication and understanding with another. In the AIS Project, we call our liaisons APLs. The APL is the designated representative in a unit or department who receives communication from and provides feedback to the project. Communication includes announcements, training information, event notification and other project news and alerts. Who is my APL? Not sure who your APL is? Not sure if your department or unit has one?
