Setting up your system clock:

1. In the Task Bar at the bottom of the window, double-click the displayed time.

The Date and Time Properties dialog box appears.

2. Click the Time Zone tab.

3. On the pop-up list, choose Pacific Time.

4. Click the green checkbox next to Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes to remove the checkmark.

5. Click the checkbox again to resubmit the checkmark. (The checkmark should now be on.)

6. Click Apply, then click OK.

** Always make sure your clock displays the correct time, otherwise the session will continue to time out ***
