Access to AIS

Access to AIS Faculty Access The creation of a faculty account is initiated by the addition of the faculty member to the payroll system. There are no forms to fill out. If a faculty member has received a paycheck and has not yet received information about an AIS account, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 831-459-4357 or help@ucsc.edu.
Getting started with accessing, learning, and using AIS involves 3 basic steps:
AIS and/or Cognos Account Access If you are applying for a new account or need to modify an existing account review and fill out the following forms; sign and have your supervisor sign the first page; return the finished forms to ITS, Kerr Hall, Room 54 or fax to 9-4171.
